ONE (1) Finale Grand Prizes (Senheng Gift Card worth RM200 x 1, Senheng Gift Card worth RM100 x 1 and Mystery Prizes x 4) will be given away for this contest.


How To Participate : 

1. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
2. This contest is weekly basis. Closing dates for the Weekly & Finale contest’s entry will be based on 30 august 2015, 6 September 2015, 13 September 2015 and Finale Contest on 20 September 2015. After these dates, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
3. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
4. In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules, the conduct or results of the Contest, or any other matter relating to the contest, the decision of Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn. Bhd shall be final and unchallengeable and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into, comment issued, or reason given in respect of any decision made by Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn. Bhd.
5. Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn Bhd’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn Bhd.
6. Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn Bhd is not responsible for any inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
7. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
8. Winners will be chosen on the day after the contest ends by an independent adjudicator or panel of judges appointed by Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn Bhd.
9. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone calls within 7 -days of the closing date 21^st September 2015. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize, Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn Bhd reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
10. Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn Bhd will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected or delivered.
11. Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn Bhd‘s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
12. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
13. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Malaysia data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
14. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
15. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn Bhd and not to any other party.
