How To Participate :

1. This campaign is open to all Vmall.my registered users who are residents of Malaysia, aged 18 years old and above.
2. Complete the registration form in interest.vmall.my/h7-chatime to join this campaign from 8pm, 22nd September 2015 till 6pm, 27th September 2015 including name, contact number, email address correspondence address.
3. New users who signed up through “Honor 7 Register & Win” will be converted as the member for Vmall.my.
4. Our system will automatically generate new user ID, password & RM50 single-use voucher and send it to each new registered member via the email they entered, upon the registration successfully captured by the system within 3 working days.
5. No slogan is required in this campaign.
6. Participants must perform an online registration to stand a chance to win an Honor 7 Smartphone.
7. Upon registration, participant will receive RM50 single-use voucher to purchase Honor 7 Smartphone.
8. RM50 single-use voucher is only valid from 28 Sep 2015 - 02 Oct 2015 only.

13. All prizes will be couriered to participants directly via correspondence address filled in registration form.

Term & Conditions:

1. Vmall.my’s “Honor 7 Register & Win” campaign is exclusively for Chatime Facebook Fans only.
2. Employees of organizers (Loob Management Services “Loob” and Vmall.my), their immediate families, Vmall.my’s Advertising, Creative and Public Relations agencies, program organizer, their employees and immediate families are not eligible to participate in this event.
3. This campaign is based on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. All winners will be announced on Honor Malaysia Facebook page by 8th October 2015.
5. All prizes will be shipped from by 15th October 2015.
6. Delivery of prizes might subject to change due to unforeseen delay on product shipment or custom inspection. Should there be any delay, Vmall.my will inform our customers in prior via email.
7. Vmall.my reserves the right to substitute the free gift with another product of equal or greater value without reference to the participants.
8. The participant agrees and provides consent to Vmall.my to the use of any personal data as provided by the participant for the purpose of participation in this event in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, to the extent that any personal data provided shall only be processed and be used by Vmall.my for lawful purpose directly related to the running of this event including but not limited to the purposes of promotional events, advertising, marketing and any administrative matters to facilitate the management and organizing of this event. Notwithstanding the above, participants are required to read, acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy attached to Vmall.my.
9. Winners may be required to participate in a photo taking session during the presentation of the Prizes. Pictures captured may be used for commercial marketing purposes which participant agrees the use of the pictures for such purpose.
10. In the event any prizes are being awarded to the participant having provided false or mistaken identity or information, Vmall.my shall have the right to revoke the participant’s eligibility for the said prizes. Vmall.my reserves its right at any time to request the participant, or the winners (as a prerequisite for prize eligibility) to provide any documents Vmall.my deems necessary which identifies the participant or the winners if the need arises for the purpose of identity verification.
11. All prize images are for reference only. Prizes shown and/or represented for the running of this event shall be subjected to availability. Prizes given are non-refundable. Quality issues with regards to the condition of the Prizes are subject to the warranty process provided by the relevant supplier/ manufacturer of the said prize items which includes repairs, replacement and/or exchange for new or equivalent item.
12. Prize winner(s) shall not substitute any prizes won or exchange the said Prizes for money. Vmall.my reserves all rights in its sole discretion to substitute any prizes (or prize component, if applicable) with one of equal or greater value. Vmall.my is responsible only for the delivery of the Prizes and is not responsible for the condition, quality and fitness of the said Prizes. Any imposition of taxes, fees, and any other costs associated with the acceptance and use of the Prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner(s).
13. By participating in the campaign, participants agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of this event and Vmall.my’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. Vmall.my reserves the right to the final and ultimate interpretation of this event.
14. Vmall.my assumes no responsibility for late entries due to any reasons including, but not limited to, network transmission failure.
15. Vmall.my shall not be responsible for any losses or damages directly or indirectly incurred by any party including the Participant in connection or arising from acts or omissions or in any way related to this event.
16. The Participant agrees to discharge and release Vmall.my from any liabilities and claims (including from breach of contract, tort, negligence or any other cause of actions at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to this event or to the Participant’s entry in the event.
17. The Participant further agrees to discharge and release any third party which is related to and connected with this Event, including Facebook, from any liabilities and claims (including from breach of contract, tort, negligence or any other cause of actions at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to this event or to the Participant’s entry in the event
18. Without prejudice to the foregoing:- (i) save where otherwise prohibited by law, in no event shall Vmall.my or Huawei be liable to any party including the Customer for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental or punitive damages, including lost profits, howsoever remote even if such losses were foreseeable or if Vmall.my and Huawei were advised of the possibility of such damages; and (ii) if Vmall.my and Huawei are adjudicated by a local court of competent jurisdiction to be liable for any losses or damages arising out of or is in any way connected to this contest, Vmall.my’s and Huawei’s total liability shall in no event exceed RM1000.00.
19. Terms and Conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle all disputes, controversies or claims arising out of or in connection with or in relation to this event.
20. Vmall.my reserves all the rights at all times to modify or amend the Terms and Conditions of this Event or to cancel it with immediate effect without giving any prior notice to any party. Please be advised that all materials posted on site are subjected to public downloading and viewing of third part viewers.
