How To Participate :   
Take a photo based on the theme “Sehati & Sejiwa” and upload it to Facebook/Twitter/Instagram with a creative caption and hashtag #ESCAPEShots2015

1.  This contest is only open to 8Share members of 13 years old and above only.
2.  This contest will run from 6.00PM, Friday, 21st August 2015 till 11.59pmPM, Thursday, 10th September 2015.
3. Your entry is only valid if you have uploaded your photo to Facebook/Twitter/Instagram, set your post to “Public” and includes the hashtag #ESCAPEShots2015, and fill up the form above.
4. You may send in multiple entries but you can only win RM10 8Share earnings once.
5. Your caption may be in English or Bahasa Malaysia.
6. Your photo should be original and must not be copied, contain any third-party materials and/or content that you do not have permission to use and must not otherwise be obscene, defamatory or in breach of any applicable legislation or regulations.
7. Only sharers who abide by the 8Share Code of Honours will be eligible for the contest.
8.  No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
9.  8Share reserves the right to cancel or amend the contest and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.
10. 8Share is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
11. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
12. Winners will be chosen by an independent adjudicator or panel of judges appointed by 8Share.
13. The winners will be notified via e-mail by 8Share.
14. The reward will be added to the winner’s earning wallet after the announcement had been made.
15. 8Share’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the contest will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. By entering this contest, a contestant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
17. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material.
